@my2wings From my two Frizzles. I think I have one of each which is awesome.
Now I can cross the white Frizzle rooster over some of my coloured hens and get coloured chicks

This chart will help explain it, but unless you are mixing it fresh twice daily it loses it's potency fairly quickly. It's also a broad spectrum antibiotic where you probably need a gram positive antibiotic like doxycycline . Do you have any left over antibiotics in the bathroom cupboard?

I do should i give the other three that were in the pen with her some as a precaution? What antibiotics would be best to use? Only symptoms she had was a swollen eye no puss or anything like that. Her eye actually looked really good the last couple of days and today she was lifeless not eating or drinking.

I wouldn't bother with the antibiotics unless you see symptoms. Doxycycline ,erythromycin , gentamicin , cephalexin . Sometimes they will get a hard disc of solid puss cover the eye like a shield . You have to pinch it out , like you would a contact lense. Unfortunately once the eye gets infected and balloons out cutting across the eyelid and scraping the cheese out is the only option.
This might just have been triggered by a foreign body in the eye or a peck. Even sinusitis has similar symptoms .So hopefully it was exclusive to her and your other birds won't be in any danger.
Be sure to disinfect her quarantine area.
