one of my pullets laid her first egg and has been consistently laying since

White one is the lorp x Wyandotte and the pullet brown one is either light maran or Barnevelder ( I think it's the barnie she was checking the nest box out but I haven't caught her yet)

I'm heading out with the ice pick , all the water trough s are frozen over. By crickey it's cold here , I went out to get some firewood and the grass was crunching underfoot. I can see snow in every direction.
