Haha, haven't thought of that cwrite, but you're right. yeah, they get along pretty well. Töyhtis does steal some eggs from Virpi every once in a while though. Virpi is okay sitting on nothing if needed. But it's pretty handy having two of them, it means we can force them out to eat  in turns.

I had 4 bantams sitting on 6 duck eggs years ago. They used to line up in a row and sit and when one got off to eat the next would move onto the eggs. It was so funny to see. There was no line jumping either or all hell would break loose. They stayed that way for the entire time and all 6 eggs hatched.

I need your help everyone. This chick is 7 weeks old and will be going to market on Saturday to be sold, but I'm having a bit of difficulty in sexing it.
I'm pretty sure its a roo, but I wanted to get your opinions.






The chick in question will be sold with the black and gold chick who is blurred out in pic 2 as a pair.
