Egg selling business rules are all across the board in the world isn't it? In Ohio I can sell some legally, but if I go over a certain amount, I have to report to the Internal Revenue Service, so we can pay taxes on the "income". We are not suppose to wash them & have to purchase new egg cartons. I do not follow rules well......I wash my dirty eggs, reuse egg cartons and I don't think I make enough to report any earnings to the IRS. I know in fact that I am not "making money" on this deal. Their food and shelter definitely cost more than I make. But that is America. The rules here are even different in different counties. It's weird and confusing.

@Ashburnham I googled the Indian game chickens and they are a nice looking breed. Congrats on the chicks! How many did you end up with?

@vehve , Sorry about your little chick. I love the video of your broody hens. My broody hen never brought food to the chicks and I have never seen two broodies work together. It's very nice to see that.

Thanks, but I really don't have the time to show anyway. I still try to get as close to SOP so that the people that buy my birds have that option though.
