While I was hoping to snap a picture of each of them at their pressie, in the true tradition of "I will have what she is having":



Dusty, being the greedy gal in the flock, was smart enough to take her's over to the lawn:



But then her party got crashed:

Lol, they are such funny little critters. We had Xmas lunch out on the verandah, muffin ( pussy cat ) positioned herself under hubby's arm, waiting for turkey, Elsa ( ridgeback ) lay at my feet catching the grandkids scraps and all the while the 2 Shetlands and the angora peered through the garden at us whilst king George and the girls marched back and forth behind us . BBQ today after some Boxing Day sale activity, so lots of scraps on the menu for today. I'm off to hobart with the girls to spend our gift cards. Hope you all have a great day.

Lucky chooks Ash!

I got a bit of a fright on Christmas. All my chooks were doing bright green poos. They are all back to normal now & I'm putting it down to the purple cabbage I gave them the day before Christmas to make space in the fridge. It won't be on their menu again!
