Get a bulb add it to a saucepan of boiling water and boil for 30 mins. Remove bulb and use the water about a coke bottle cap to 5 litres of water.

I know you told me but, what are the Araucana eggs you gave me? They're marked L and B. You said the B were large black right? I want to keep one but I want to make sure she's big enough that she won't be hurt by giraffe (my roo)

Hi Pinky - the "L" eggs are white Isa Brown derived Ar cross hens crossed with a lavender Araucana rooster,
the "B" are black Ar cross hens crossed with a Black Breasted Red Ar rooster.

We have double bars out here in the wild and I had a pair of Gouldian's but the cold killed them in winter out here I think .

Came home to find our fav Tuppence wheezing in and out with every breath. They have all still been sneezing on and off but nothing like this.

So whipped her and her teary owner up to the vets who gave us antibiotic tablets and loaned us a collapsible cage. So she is all cuddled up in the bathroom with my vaporizer going too.

She said she is very underweight too so there is definatly something going wrong somewhere. She is checking a stool sample for worms and is going to ring the results through shortly.
