appps, I read through some of that thread but couldn't find any info if there is actually a breed that layers purple eggs? Is there a page on the thread in particular?

On the second page it mentions the same mix as chook mentioned above but for some reason that seems to be hard for them to do.

Satay, I role minecraft from Julie for twenty each he that helps. Also, she said the rooster bandaid from a much darker egg so these babies should lay a very dark egg

Purely for breeding I have welsummers, rir, austalorps, buffin cochins,frizzle and straight pekins,araucanas, muscovys and indian runners and turkeys and Japanese quails. I have other hens that are egg layers too.

Cool thanks Pinky. I had no plans to sell any they are more eye candy for me lol. I can't wait to see what they lay as they get older. Hoping they all aren't male of course lol. They guy that bought the black one just wanted a chick don't think he even understood what a marans was.
