Australia - Six states..and that funny little island.

We've been at Inlet Farm for 15 years now and in that time I have broken both wrists, my tailbone, cheekbone and most recently my ankle. I keep my animals very well entertained.
I even got a helicopter ride to the hospital , that almost did the horses heads in.

I have a question for all the knowledgeable and experienced people on this forum. A purely commercial question. What breed/breeds are the easiest to sell?

In my experience, Pekins are very easy to sell and are very popular.

Bantams aren't my thing though, so I'd probably never buy one.

Dice on the left is my RSPCA rescue - he's 9 in December. Domino on the right I've had from a pup. He's my performance/obedience dog and right now, he's my conformation showing dummy for when I get my show Dalmatian pup next year

This might not be a good thing to mention, Satay, but I might be heading to Lowood on Saturday morning.

Wow fancy that is some bad luck you have had.

You can say that again. I was on a bike ride and I zigged when I should have zagged, hit the gutter and rammed into a cement divider . Broke my wrist, had the handle bar impaled in the top of my thigh, so the SES decided to send me to hobart in a chopper with the handle bars. Thank god for morphene. Takes 45 mins to drive to hobart, took about 6 mins in the rescue chopper. I'm all good now, a few battle scars that's all. I'm not sure who would feed all my chickens if I wasn't here.

OUCH...I must tell hubby that one so he stops picking on me. Many years ago no we used to relief milk on a dairy farm. It was very hilly so getting cows was always fun. Hubby used the motorbike and i used a four wheeler as i don't do bikes. Well hubby decides that i really should learn to ride the ag bike. So after much protesting i decide to give it a go. I had tried a few times over a few days and was getting a little confident so i decided to ride from the house down to the dairy to get some milk. I get on and off i go when all of a sudden the bike takes off and i am freaking out.. I am heading straight for a drop off and through an electric fence that is at throat height. I freak out and lay the bike down so i don't cut my head off and i bounce along the ground and land in the only patch of wait a whiles on the whole place. I have scratches and bruises and prickles everywhere. I finally get the bike off me and look up and here is hubby laughing his head off at the silly city girl... I screamed at him told you i don't do stupid bikes lol. think someone was trying to tell me something so since then no bikes for me... My story seems so tame now compared to yours. Glad you are healed up ok though.

Forgot add hubby grew up in the country me in the city. While we were at this same dairy hubby tore the bottom of his toe off stacking the ag bike on a rock and had to have microsurgery to have it put back on and had a piece of wire go into the side of his eye and had to have that surgically removed so my bike stack was my only mishap besides a run in with an electric fence and 4 am in the rain so i think i did ok for a city girl.
