I'd love to see everyones coops/runs! My backyard is HUGE! 1400sqm block, with a small cottage house, so lots and lots of room. But my chicken run is very very rustic. I made it all by myself, and I'm not at all a handywoman! I use a dog kennel for sleeping in, and I got a nesting box when I inherited my first lot of chooks. I do plan to eventually make a proper coop of some sort, but being a single mum, my funds for expansion are somewhat limited!

I havent spent much on my houses. I use recycled sheets of tin from peoples old garden sheds, recycled sets from the local theatre company, and a bit
of timber I buy. Foundations I mix and pour concrete, or use that thick treated pine slabs ppl use for garden beds.
But I am a handyman and can build just about anything out of anything.
