have you found anything re these quails in australia?

im worried that some say they are jumbos but they are just normal browns. which are bigger then the different colured ones.(eg whites yellows dark range pieds).

interested to see what you can find or if you can find anyone who claims they have them. cheers sam

I have actually put an add up on Gumtree for them, but apart form that nothing.

Sorry, i really am not a Quail expert, but i dont think you would ever get a quail that would lay continuous chicken sized eggs or even Bantam sized eggs.

Oh, I didn't think they could really, but was curious to know.   I'll have to look it up, how big Bantam eggs are.lol.  I've never had any other breed besides Red stars.  Actually I don't even know if they are Red Stars.  They could be Isa Browns or Red Sexlinks.  Or they could be Highland browns or Highline Browns.  Yeah. you get it.  I don't even know what breed of chicken I have lol.  I'm pretty sure they are Red Stars though. 

Post some photos. I'm sure we could have a stab at identifying your flock.
