What was wormwood used for again?
Lol Fug looks nothing like a pigeon LOL and how does amazon not look like a chicken OMG that's hilarious
Yayglad you got it Luke
was beginning to wonder. So much for guaranteed next day delivery
Wasn't the wormwood for repelling lice?
Not sure if it was here that I saw it or if I've mentioned it before but I'm making that 'coop cleaner' stuff that's supposed to also repel bugs. You just put all the stuff in a big jar for a month to brew then strain and use. It's white vinegar to repel flies, sliced orange and lemon to repel spiders and cinnamon sticks and vanilla beans to repel mites I think. Was thinking of adding mint for micecan't wait for it to be ready. Will smell awesome

I would *** him at night like Satay said but get down there as early as possible, let them out and watch him. To successfully have 2 roosters they have to have enough room to by pass each other, no small ways were they can get to close and no corners, a rooster trapped is not a happy rooster.Well guys got some good news and some bad news.
Good news is I have confirmed that a friend of mine will take our rooster Ed. (9 month old cochin x) - I do book work for him too so the kids can come visit him in the school holidays.
Bad news is his flock already has a fully grown white leghorn rooster.
So ideas on how best to integrate Ed into the new flock? I am thinking if we just add him straight to the pen its going to end in tears? I was wondering if I should try and find say a small mobile coop I could put inside the main one so they can see each other for a few weeks first rather than just throwing him straight in? No idea where I would find such a thing though - ugh.
What do you all think the best way to go about this is?
