Aussie Marans are really small, so don't expect them to grow as big as your wellies, Marans are supposed to and where originally dual purpose but now they are so small.

She's my non standard Araucana hen - her name is Nugget.
Really friendly little thing too, not like my Australorp who is the complete opposite.

Cute. Did they come from a local breeder? 5 of mine came from eggs from Karen on the north side of brIssy and the other 4 came from someone out this way. Eggs coming next week from N.Q.

I had a Lavender Araucana that turned out to be a roo, so I swapped him for the black girl.

Both her and my new Salmon Faverolles are the friendliest.
