Australia - Six states..and that funny little island.

39 hens, 21 roosters, 1 Guinea fowl, 1 golden pheasant, 6 call ducks.... About 40 chicks, and like ash said I don't even really here the roosters crowing unless it seems out of place. I hear when the guinea fowl carries on though..... Just giving my new generator a whirl, the power is out again!

Ash, what's the name of that breeder you mentioned? Do you know if she sells birds or just eggs?

No neighbours closer than 200 meters, and most of them have roosters too.
I have had chooks so long roosters are just part of the background noise.

Agree with Ash. When you have had roosters for a while the only time you hear them is if a person mentions it. My city relatives will say boy your roosters are loud and i'm like really I can't hear them lol.

Love your garden Sam! Lemon tree is much bigger than mine :)
Excuse my ignorance, but I didn't know there were different types of rosemary, I wonder what I have... it's just rosemary I thought.

Hey Red

Thanks. I have a rosemary ground cover its my first and only knee high at best. I have the one that's like a tree purple flowers and a BBQ one has white flowers. It has very straight branches so you can use them as a lamb skewer
