Australorp beginning to lay?

My BA's were all late bloomers, one started laying at 28 weeks, one at 30 weeks and one at 34 weeks! Interestingly, the smallest one started first, then the next biggest, and the biggest of all, big bad betty, started last. I thought betty was a rooster up until 4 weeks before she laid an egg because her tail was so long and she was so big! Now I get about 2 eggs a day from the 3 of them. It was worth the wait. They all squatted about 2 weeks before laying, and their combs got big and red about 3-4 days before laying.
