Australorp Chick not growing like sister

I have 2 Australorp chicks, 2 weeks old. One is twice the size and a lot more active. The other seems not to be growing as well and is very timid.
Any ideas as to why?

Thanks for all the feedback. I have started giving chick the recommended vitamin supplement. Winging it a little. 2 drops every other day?

I'd probably opt for daily, at least at first, and see how she does. Yes just a couple of drops should be plenty for a boost.

I also found that mixing water with the feed so it’s like applesauce seemed to help when they were little. Probably made it easier to eat and helped keep them hydrated.

Have you watched to make sure the bigger chick isn’t guarding the food? It might be a good idea to set up two feeding stations if that’s the case.
