Just an update on my girls
I made a gallon of chicken electrolytes yesterday and they drank it + when I went to feed and water today it was all gone. I sat and watched the two I am concerned about and they seem ok today. Of course the one still had the pale comb and wattles. But I actually observed her eating and drinking water. Today I put garlic in the water it's supposed to help boost their immune system. I am going to alternate the electrolytes every other day. It seems to be helping with her appetite. She's eating quite a bit today.

Both my girls laid an egg today. I wasn't sure until today as to who wasn't laying since I have 3 Australorp hens and the one with the pale comb was in the nest box while I was out in the coop.
We are experiencing some pretty cold temperatures these last few days so everyone is inside the coop.
PS I am still giving them either garlic water or the electrolytes every other day

the redness is so much better and the posture its really hard to tell because its so cold- I will let them out in a little bit- I am waiting for it to warm up above freezing and I will see. they are all in the coop so they are just hanging out on the roosts.

Just another update on both of my hens- the one with the red butt has her fluff growing back and the redness is better. She's eating and being sassy as she was previously.
The other hen that her comb was very pale and her posture was not good her eyes look more clear and focused, she's eating well and her comb is getting more red, it is not pale like it was but her waddles are still a bit pale. I think she is doing so much better and her poop is more normal it was so liquidy previously and it's looking normal -
