Australorp?

I love my Australorp, too! She's super sweet and friendly. She lays almost every day (average 6 per week) and her eggs are large and a nice brown. Once in a while she lays a longer, narrower egg, but most of the time they are just normal egg-shaped.

My Black Australorps are very alert and brave. They are smart and friendly, but when there is a change in the coop or run, they are the first to go check it out. I love mine.

I have to agree here.

My Australorp is my favorite hen. She's extremely curious and friendly, and she has the most incredibly soft feathers. She's just awesome to pet! I love those soulful black eyes, too. She lays beautiful, large eggs. I can't say enough good things about her.​
