16 of my 27 chickens were born April 18th. The remaining 11 were born May 29th. I hope I don't have anymore roosters, as I already have 2 too many already! I think one of my Barred Plymouth Rocks may be (one of the younger 11) and now my 2 Brown Leghorns (older 16) have grown large combs over a very short week or two lol. PICTURES TO FOLLOW.
These are the two less agressive Black Australorps I separated from the coop. (Both Born April 18th, 2012)
"Sweet"--- (one half of the Sweet and Sour combo
She is one of my 4 Amber Whites (Rhode Island Red/Rhode Island White X) ("Sour" is the chicken butt by her face lol) (Both born April 19th, 2012) (They are the friendliest in the flock) The other two white ones are the other Ambers- "Almond" and "Stirfry") (No we are not raising them to eat lol) And--- one of our 3 Blue-Laced Red Wyandottes.
This is "Kebob" ("Bob") He's a problem child--- He attacks the other roosters and he hops on one foot, twitching and spinning in a circle. He looks like he is having convulsions.
One of our 2 Brown Leghorns and 2 of the Blue-Laced Red Wyandottes (All born 4/18/12)
