Some do, some don't.

About 1/3 of my Australorp girls have gone broody at some point this past summer.

I have had multiple different breeds, and yes, my Austrolorps were the only hens I had that went broody, but it probably depends.

I had a black Australorp from Meyer hatchery a few years ago that was broody constantly. She was 1 of 5. I now have 3 Blue Australorps & a rooster, so I will find out. Nothing beats the broodiness of Blue Wyandottes, I had 4-5 out of 9 that were constantly broody. I have 2/7 Columbian Wyandottes that go broody now. I had a broody in 1993, my first year of raising chickens & never had another until 2017. I get tired of them.
