They're both hens, but I think you got the ages way off...those look more like 15-18 weeks...maybe older.

Well I got them end of march they were a week old exactly on april 5th.

My BA is 7 months old, has a fully developed comb and wattles and has been laying for two months now. Your girls are much younger. I agree with the 15-18 weeks. My girl started laying at 22 weeks, if I remember correctly. Born April 3rd (ish) and started laying August 21st.
