Austrolorpe hens

they are almost 9 months and still haven't laid. Could they be roosters?

By 9 months you would know if they were roosters just looking at them.

5 month old pullet

5 month old cockerel.

These guys were easy to tell their sex very early. The comb on Big Boy was huge at 2 months. Boys have the large combs and waddles, the have the impressive sickle feathers in their tail, and let's not forget the pointy saddle feathers. He is very shiny with a blue/green/ purple sheen, while the girls are dull with a hint of color sheen in the right light.

wow. So pretty.. But they dont have them faces at all. One kinda does. bodies of a hen for sure, but my feathers are very bright

Maybe you should take a few pictures and post on the what breed or gender is this section and someone should be able to help you out there.
