I do not speak any asian language.
I notice that when I search recipes in English or Dutch I get recipes like;
(not real, example).
'duck in zhe huan sauce'
- buy duck.
- buy a bottle of zhe huan sauce.
- Add 5-spice powder.
- throw on duck, the end.
I have all the ingrediënts for 5-spice powder, and know how to grind them together.. that was manageble to find somewhere...I don't want to buy any bottles of sauce I actually want to knów how to make this sauce.
But due to a lot of vloggers/bloggers these days I can't seem to find an authentic recipe-website. Just click-bait.
The same goes for a LOT of kitchens; I'm also sick of risotto recipes that say 'buy 1-minute ready-to-go risotto, add hot water, the end'.
Since all asian languages are really far away from the languages I know; it is harder to find.
Does anyone have suggestions for any Asian kitchen, with authentic recipes, not bottles/packs of stuff, everything made from scratch, in English.
Any other kitchen in English also welcome.
