Got my new "pullet shut" door. It runs on a 12volt battery. Is it ok to power it with a 12volt car battery?

Absolutely. I power my Pullet-Shut off a much smaller 12AH battery and only have to recharge it every few months.

Ok great. I didnt know if it would be to many amps or not. But it still only 12volts.Thanks
