Automatic Coop Door Openers

I have read about devices to automatically open chicken coop doors into the run in the morning and close them at night. Is there anyone here with experiences with these? Where are they available? How do the chickens know to go inside before the device closes the door?

I have mine on a timer set to close 30 minutes after they go into roost. I also have it set to open later at 7 am so they are not out crowing and running around at 5 am. Foy's is the US dealer.
