Yes it does but i think you will need a pressure regulator.

This is one I made from what I had laying around in the garage. Works like a champ and easy to make.

Mine connects to a normal water hose.
5 Gallon Bucket with a toilet valve to regulate water fill. Easy as pie. Let me know if you have questions.

Here is one that connects to a normal water hose. Real easy to use.
