Avian vet bad advice?

I feel he just needs to retire he is in his late 80s, hunched over, slobbering and to our shock he let off a loud fart in the office my parter was talking at the time and stopped mid convocation and nearly burst out laughing lol

No kidding. Some guys just like to hear themselves talk and are convinced they're infallible. If I was a vet my FIRST concern would be the welfare of the animals, not my own ego. What a pompous old goat. Stubborn and stupid.

Well, none (few?) of us on here are vets. The reality is with so few vets specializing in poultry care, most of us have to provide medical treatment at home. But at least there's some contributors here with a lot of real world, hands on experience, so I'd definitely heed the advice of the more experienced folks since your vet unfortunately isn't worth a return visit.

Her crop is now almost not there to the touch its soft small and squishy, i was thinking watermelon is mostly water should i give her a small slice of it thismorning? She is stalking my lizard tank for mealworms she is that hungry lol i was thinking of getting some greek yoghurt today aswel

What is peoples thoughts?

I would give her high protein.....meal worms for that bill.
