What are the best dimensions for an aviary for about 7 birds and what is the best enrichment for these gorgeous birds? I’m in Georgia so would I need to winterize them?

150 sq ft per bird to keep them happy. Unless you get high percentage spalding birds you won't need to worry about any supplemental heating.

If you have to mow your pen, it is big enough. 150 sq ft per bird is good, more is better, you have to take into consideration that they tend to multiply.
