1: Pip is smaller than Squeak, Squeak is more chubby.
2: When you try to pick up Pip, he'll try to run away, where as Squeak will sit there and look at you with googly eyes until you pick him up.
3: If you can get a hold of Pip, he will flatten his ears and show his teeth. Where as Squeak will sit in your hands with his ears up and wiggling his nose.
