Awful first hatch, successful second :D

My first attempt at hatching eggs was awful. After forty some eggs, 11 hatched and two died of unknown causes (I guess they were just weak from the start). Today, all of my silkies hatched! There were only five eggs, but I figure that is some kind of accomplishment.

Nice hatch man, my first hatch sucked as well, out of 10 developing eggs 2 hatched and 4 were dead in the eggs. It was quite the bummer,but nice job on the silkies

A friend of mine had ordered 50+ eggs from someone and put them all in the incubator, by lock-down only 5 hatched.
Her second hatch consisting of 20+ eggs has gone very well and 19 have hatched so far with 1 quitter.

I had a disappointing first hatch as well. 4 silkies out of 22. And then one died. Hopefully this one will go better.

My first hatch I got 4 of 8 to hatch, so now I've got 4 baby cochins, who are so cute! happy hatching everyone! and congrats on the babies!
