Awkward chicken

Curious if anyone has experienced this with one of their chickens before. Found him this morning, sitting with one foot out to the side, toes all curled up. When he was picked up, both feet were curled in. He could hobble to/from food and water nearby in the cage. He was 100% alert and eating/drinking fine. Was fine last night as well. However, definitely something awry today.

He is approx 3.5 months old now.

Any thoughts from this far more experienced is welcome and appreciated.

Was he vaccinated for Marek's? What does his poop look like?

What does he eat? Best case scenario it's a vitamin or neurological issue, worst case is mareks, but I don't want to jump the gun.

He is vaccinated for Mereks.I will isolate him and treat.
