I'm currently chick sitting, and realized that the two chicks I have are Ayam Cemani.. Are those super rare and expensive? From what I've seen it seems like a lot of chicken breeders covet them.

Yes, they are rare. How are you determining that they are ayam cemani? There are other fibromelanistic breeds, and they could be one of those.
Agreed; if you can post some full body pics of them, we'd be happy to take a look at them for you.

I wonder where they got them, chicks right now sell for $200 from GFF and eggs can be hard to come by. Also, that hunched posture and the dropping wing isn't good. Something is not well with that chick, could be it was just cold for the picture, but I'd keep an eye on it.

Yeah she was cold, and I had asked about it on another thread. She's perked up much more now, but that was the best picture I had of them. I'm not sure where the owner got them, as I'm just helping raise them
 
They aren't worth as much because both of them have one white toe at least, so they aren't pure black.
