Ayam with foam in eye, sneez and mucus?

Hi! This is one of my Gunthers and she has foam coming out of the eye and I think clear mucus coming out of her nose with a sneez. I noticed it today and I see them every day. Her energy level is good she eats and drinks. She is about 3 or 4 months old? I didn't see any of the other of 11 birds exhibiting any symptoms. I brought her in and set her up and my bird sick bay.

I noticed the symptoms this morning at about 7am then it took me an hour to get the area set up. When I went back to to get her eye was clear and has remained clear but I was able to spot her since she still has the sneez and clear discharge from nose.

I am giving her VetRx in a dropper once before bed and I put probiotic and immune booster into her water. The nearest live stock vet is wild expensive so I would rather try here first.

It seems to be a respiratory infection but I am not super good with diseases. @Wyorp Rock and @Eggcessive have a much better understanding of poultry diseases.

It could be mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG.) It is a chronic lifelong disease. It makes carriers of other birds exposed. Symptoms may respond to certain antibiotics, such as Tylosin, Denagard, oxytetracycline, and erythromycin. First the eye should be flushed with saline and Terramycin ointment applied twice a day. I ordered the Tylosin the day I noticed her eye but its not here just yet. I want to start a round of Corid for 5 days while I wait for this antibiotic to get here. She is still sneezing and has a bit of foam in the eye but not the other eye. She still discharge from nose which I wipe a few times a day. I have been doing VetRx once b4 bed strait from the bottle as per the instructions it came with. I also rub a diluted version of her beak nears and comb to offer some relief. I have been treating her eyes with terramycin 2 times a day since i need my husband's help to apply it. Her energy level seems normal. Not unsteady and still eating and drinking. No other birds showing symptoms.
