I have a hen who after ruling out everything else seems to have a bdeficiency. I have human b complex- can I just pop a portion of a tablet in her beak instead of putting it crushed in food? If so how much, how frequently?

What's the hen doing that makes you think it's a vitamin B deficiency?

Well….now that it’s been a few days of more observation I’m back at square one and also asking myself can a chicken get arthritis that waxes and wanes in intensity?? This chicken can be fine for a time but then seems to get weakness/lameness. She’ll continue to eat and drink and lay but will clearly be less active and even roost early, what I’m seeing the last two days appears to be limping, and her run looks more like a skip. We have zero vet services here for chickens and my inspection reveals nothing that looks or feels wonky and she doesn’t mind an exam beyond the irritation of being caught and restrained.
So if anyone has other ideas I’d love to hear them.
Btw, I’ve placed her in solitary in the tractor within the run to promote rest and after an hour she’s pacing and flapping wanting out.

Can you take a clear short video of this bird and upload it to Youtube?

If the others are not beating her up then I would highly suggest you don't separate her from them. The stress alone of being separated can make her worse.

Oh yes, I only did it for that short time and realized it wasn’t working for her. She’s number 2 from the top, and no on is picking on her😊

I so agree. The stress from being away from the flock is so hard on most of them. Its like adding another problem.
