Whatcha Making for Supper?

Could check online (wal-mart etc) to see if there's any locally to you

They're tasty, a bit squeaky, but can be quite salty. Well, I've only had 1 brand example though.
Yes it seems Walmart has them but that's a 40 min drive for me. One recipe said I could substitute Mozzarella. Would be a fun side to burgers i think.

They can also be made at home if you can procure the ingredients (I've never made cheese, but my mom has made cheeses, yogurts, etc.)
But that's also a lot of work for a melty dairy nugget, unless somebody really likes making cheese

Looked up poutine. Sounds interesting. Wonder if we can get cheddar curds here.

Even my small town grocery store sells cheese curds. And in vacuum sealed packaging. But whether or not they are fresh enough to get the "squeak" texture when you bit into one is hit or miss. May as well use white cheddar, cooper or some other white cheese.

But gravy on fries is a definite winner. It's like a healthier version of Greek fries :)

Bring your appetite ;)
They are really meal unto themselves. Especially if you jazz them up (disco) with meat or other ingredients.
