I bought some ceramic eggs to use this coming year, to try to induce some broodiness in my girls. The eggs look so real! I'll have to mark them to tell the difference between the real eggs.

well, got confirmation that sandhill has rosecomb colored available this year.

put in my order for sc and rc coloreds, so i can get a better group to play with.

surprisingly, 20.

i've ordered 10 sc 10 rc and 5 reds.

i would have ordered 20 sc, but they have a limit of 10 on that one... comb can be fixed to single easily enough (i prefer sc), so this will give me the greatest selection of birds to pick from for my own program.

Perfect! I have a mix of RC & SC, and I'm working outside of the box hoping that one day, RC CD will be a recognized. However; the hubby prefers SC. I'm hoping they will have a little less leg on them. I went in on an order with Sydney Acres a little while back and ordered them hoping they would be available this year. That's great news! Perfect for what you want to do as well.
