Babies are hatching

I have a very small breed hens in with my larger hens. My lil momma is hatching her babies do I seprerate the momma and babies and eggs from the rest of the hens and small rooster? I don't want momma or babies killed? First time Hatcher so I need HELP!

I had a broody and I never separated her or the chicks from my flock. Going to do so again with a broody this year. Moms will protect the babies from the rest of the flock.
