I am SO excited! I've never ordered hciks in the mail before and was a little anxious, especially since I only ordered 10. But Cackle Hatcheries did a phenomenal job packing them and they arrived exactly on schedule. Since Cackle was nice enough to bend their "5 of a kind" rule and give me an assortment of pullets, I have no idea what breeds they are- any ideas? There are no feathered feet or extra toes on anybody, and I think the invoice said "heavy layers" or "heavy pullets". Three are dark-colored and the rest are blonde or reddish-blonde.
