Babies are here!!

Got my bantam welsummer babies today!!
Ordered them from My Pet Chicken.
I certainly hope they are both girls, that's what I ordered.

They're so dinky!!

So cute!!! I love MPC. I have 18 hens and a roo from them and that is what I ordered!

I came home tonight to play with my babies…. So I took them out, cuddled with them cupped in my hands for about 5 minutes, then put them back in their area and kept my hand in there for about 1/2 hour. I was picking at the food like a hen, scratching at it, they were going in and out of my hand eating it was real cute. Then I was getting tired, so "the big giant hand" walked to the other side under the light and plopped down to rest…. They followed the big giant hand and laid down next to it. VERY CUTE.

I don't know why I didn't remember how much time I "lost" the last time just sitting there staring at them and watching how they, well, DO EVERYTHING!!! It's amazing how fast they grow too so I hate to miss anything!
