babies biting...bad habit?

I'm new to baby ducks. I rather enjoy putting my finger out for them to "bite." Is this stupid like allowing puppies to bite? Am I just asking for trouble? they are muscovy if that makes any difference.

I wouldn't encourage it!

Scovies can be cranky at best, so any added mean little tricks they learn can only add to their rather dubious "charm"!

I wouldn't continue teaching that bad habit, think of how it will feel when they mature.
