great news about them all getting use to each other now.

I figure by the time they need to move outside they'll all be friends, or at least won't be freaked out by each other anymore.

Look at Opie's little crest now. Its turning more white, looks like a ball of cotton on her head. She's got the cutest little quack too.

Those FEET are still adorable. I love her little puffball.

Mine are JUST starting to quack. Sounds like their voices are changing. Peep quack quack peep peep peep.

Apparently my rosebush is yummy.

We had a great time outside today. They're getting used to the big ducks, and the big ducks are getting used to them.

Also, Pepper and Mocha discovered racing. SO HILARIOUS. They're chasing after each other ALL around the pen at top speed with their little webby feet going pat-a-pat-a-pat on the ground.

eeeeeeeeee, webby feet. i love ducks' webs. they are charming feet. obviously they are attached to your really cute speedy girls. your pictures are so enjoyable, Kaessa.

Me too! I was so worried about them.

I got to the post office and the woman there met me out in the parking lot as soon as I pulled in. She wanted to make sure I got those babies home safe and sound!
Ha ha! I loved picking up my duckies from the post office! As soon as I walked in I could hear their little noises and all the postal workers and early customers had to have a look. I was surprised that it didn't seem to happen that often!

Your babies are so friggin' precious, thank you for the pics! That Welsh Harlequin is just too funny passed out on her back!

Thank you!! Glad everyone likes the pics.

I am having a wonderful time raising these babies. I'm pretty glad I didn't get straight run, because I would have had to get rid of the drakes and it would have been hard. I can allow myself to get more attached to them now. They're wonderful little friends, and I've had a great time watching their little personalities develop. I can't believe they're almost 4 weeks old already. Another week or so and they get to move outside with the big kids.

We're building the "big" duck house this weekend. Wish us luck.
