Baby Bantam Chick

Hi everyone.....new to this forum but not to chick raising. Recieved a new born baby bantam this morning, along with 20 cornish rocks 2 Araucana's and rhode island reds. Everyone seems to be doing fine except for the bantam. It's smaller than the others and is always trying to lie down and sleep. Is this just stress of shipment or should I be concerned and isolate it for a time. The others seem to be running over it.
