hello! We hatched a few chickens and one of them I think slipped during the hatching or something but can’t hardly walk on its leg. You can see in picture the leg that’s injured.

It wobbles around all over. We want to introduce it to the others but when we tried they were sitting on it and pecking it. It’s about a week old & seems healthy other than not being able to use both legs well.

Any advice or suggestions would be helpful. I thought for sure it would not have made it but it’s still alive.

Chickens can survive with permanent leg injuries. I had a hen live several years with a lame leg. I have a Silkie flock and she was a standard, so she had no problems with flock status. If your bird can not walk check out posts on chicken slings.
Make sure the chick can see the other chicks most of the time. More room will help when putting the chick back with the others.
