Baby chick advice needed.

This is a baby silkie and is only a few hours old. Its my first hatch out of some other eggs that the hens are still sitting on. Is this normal? I searched online and did my best to give this little one some footing so they don’t slip as much. Not caught on camera is the baby successfully flipping itself back over once.
