Baby chick barely responsive help!

Found him in the brooder others were walking on him and he barely woke up. made homemade electrolyte solution and have him on a heating pad with towel he drank a little but still hardly chirping. Help please!Edit-hishead is also very twitchy. Had marek's vaccine hatched June 8 at hatchery

heat lamp and yes still very young. He's inside the house on a heating pad in the shipping box right now while we coax electrolytes in him.

Sounds like something neurological. When I found my chick, she was laying on the floor of the brooder peeping with her head twitchy, held far back, & twisted.
I gave her vitamins, & electrolytes, & it only worked for about 10 seconds. She was able to regain balance, & control of her body. She almost ran off the edge of the table. But then she started seizing, & they progressively got worse by the minute. Her last seizure shown in the video was the one that ended her life. She died 1 second after I got done recording.

Edit- it's like he falls asleep and suddenly kicks and wakes with a start if we jostle him but even then he seems super super sleepy.
