Baby chick can't stand and refuses to eat

My silkie hen hatched 8 chicks last week, and two days later a ninth chick hatched. The mother wanted nothing to do with it, so I brought it in my house under a heat lamp. It can't walk, just rolls. It's not splayed leg. And it drinks a lot, but refuses to eat. Please help, I really want to save the little fella.

You could scramble an egg and see if it can eat that.

Sometimes Mother knows best.
