I've got a 3 yr old hen that is lethargic, with mucous, yellow droppings.
She still eats and drinks a little. She walks with tail down and seems a little wobbly on her feet.
I examined her and found nothing out of the ordinary. Crop and belly feel fine. She was vaccinated for maerks as a chick.
No other birds are ill. No change in food.we have had a TON of rain lately, if that matters.
Ideas?

Inspect her for lice/mites, especially around the vent area. Use Permethrin dust to dust her if you see external parasites.
I recommend that you worm her with Safeguard liquid goat wormer.
When was the last time she laid an egg?

No mites, I checked. I already wormed her. No idea on the egg. I have six that look identical and I work full time so..

Always take pics of her poop and post. What breed is she? What does she eat? Any changes in her comb? Does her abdomen look distended below the vent? Have you noticed any lash eggs?
