My chicken is dissy and sleeps all day neither pays attention to food? What should i do

Yeah they are warm and live in a big cage and the diet consists of rice and some other commercial feeds..

Get them on a medicated commercial chick diet.

No rice - take that away and give them chick food and fresh clean water only. You didn’t mention the age of the chick... we need a lot more details. But seriously- no more rice.

I wasn't sure from your post, how old are your chicks? Do you have them under a heat lamp or heat plate?
