Baby chick has a lump near her neck, is very weak.

Very new to this, just got three chicks a few days ago. One of them looks like he is very unsteady and unable to balance. Also has a big lump under/ near his neck

Is it her crop?
Have they only been eating chick feed?
Did you add electrolytes to their water?

Do you have the chick under a heat lamp? Some chicks may become weak, and the best thing for them is to give electrolytes and water. Poultry NutriDrench 1-2 drops orally works well. 1 tsp of sugar in a liter of water is also helpful as a substitute. Dip her beak as often as you can to get her to drink.
