Baby chick has a prolapse or extended vent?

Hi there, I have a 4-week old barred rock chick (along with 24 other chicks) and they have all been thriving until yesterday I heard this baby chick screaming for help and all her siblings were attacking her vent.

I can't tell if it's a prolapse or just swollen or what the issue is? I've cleaned it every few hours and applied Prep H and neosporin. She's eating and drinking normally and also pooping regularly (it looks normal too). She doesn't appear to be in pain, except when the other chicks had bit her. Right now, they're in the dark (so they aren't biting her) and I completely cleaned all the bedding and provided them with quick chick in their water and food.

What else can I do?? I love each chick so much and always find myself rooting for the underdog chicks!

After washing it again....here's how it looks now. A tad better, I guess?

That doesn't look so much like prolapsed vent as it does just irritated from the pecking by her fellow chicks. Keep it clean and moist, continue with the antibiotic (make sure it does not have pain reliever in it - toxic to chickens), applying it a few times per day.

You're likely going to have to separate that chick from the rest until she heals if the others won't stop pecking at her vent. The red color is what attracts them. The last two photos look like swelling from the injuries sustained during the pecking on young, tender skin.

Once the wounds start to heal a bit, you could cover the area with some Blu-Kote or other spray that masks the visibility of any redness from the other chicks.
