Baby chick hatched and has a little red dried up and little bit of yolk navel not fully closed wont walk just sleeping what can i do

This chick hatched yesterday mid day now the chick is 1 day and half old but ive placed in an incubator to keep warm since its snowing here in big bear california can someone please help me ive read threads about putting neosporin which i did but wont eat or drink navel is not fully closed how can i help

Are both photos from today, it looks a little more closed up. Baby chicks don’t have to eat within the first two or so days! They have their nutritional needs from their yolk!

He keeps flipping over on back so i put the chick in a small bowl and yes they are from today

He keeps flipping over on back

Hopefully he is just a little weak and is flipping over when he tries to stand.

Have you been dipping his beak into some warm water to encourage him to drink? If you have nutri-drench I'd add a little of that to the water.

Yes i have been giving him nutridrench and vitamin mix 2 or 3 drops because he doesnt want to drink
